The MRC 600 series side sputtering design makes the 600 the ideal sputter deposition system for many semiconductor applications. Sideways sputtering provides films with significantly lower defect levels due to less particulate generation on the substrate. |

The MRC 943 series vertical sputtering design allows for various substrate handling. It has an advanced Hi vacuum monitor and Hi Vacuum load lock pumpdown capability to out gas substrates prior to deposition. |
The MRC 900M series sputter systems are still in use today.Mechanical relay systems control the 900M. The 900M is still supported today by the Sput Doctors. |
